   Ben has been with Adams, Brown, Beran & Ball, Chartered since 2009. He started his career with the firm and now serves as a Partner in Wichita, Kansas office. Ben specializes in identifying creative solutions for problems that small to medium-sized businesses face. In addition, he leads the firm’s retail segment and assists clients within the real estate, construction, and manufacturing industries. Colleagues describe Ben as progressive, adaptive, and responsible. His interest in numbers and desire to help clients succeed led him to public accounting. Ben recently helped a client qualify for research & development tax credits resulting in approximately in tax savings over a four year period. Additionally, he has worked with various small businesses to help them control the self-employment tax issues that they commonly deal with. Ben works with these clients to help select the best entity types and tax structures to fit their business and minimize the overall taxes that they face. Born and raised near Abilene, Kansas, Ben married his high school sweetheart and they currently reside in Wichita, Kansas with their 3 children. Ben enjoys spending time with his family as well as golfing, hunting, and fishing in his free time.
