Helping SAP professionals across the DACH region connect with high-quality contract opportunities.I specialise in placing SAP contractors across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, working closely with both clients and candidates to deliver fast, tailored recruitment solutions across the full SAP landscape. This includes core modules such as FI/CO, SD/MM, MM, PP, QM, WM, HR/HCM, PS, CS, PM, RE-FX, TRM, IS-U, ABAP, Basis, and Security, as well as emerging and cloud technologies like S/4HANA, SAP BTP, SuccessFactors, Ariba, Concur, C/4HANA, Hybris, BW/4HANA, PI/PO, EWM, and Analytics.Key Responsibilities:• Source, qualify, and place high-calibre SAP professionals into roles across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. • Build and manage a strong pipeline of SAP talent through headhunting, networking, and referrals. • Develop and maintain long-term client relationships with key stakeholders, hiring managers, IT teams and HR teams. • Conduct detailed job qualification calls, candidate interviews, and client briefings. • Negotiate terms, offers, and contracts in line with client and candidate expectations. • Track and manage all activity using internal CRM and ATS systems. • Collaborate with team members and other consultants to ensure a high standard of service and candidate experience. • Stay up to date with SAP market trends, technologies, and hiring activity in the DACH region. • Maintain consistently high levels of pure outbound connected talk time, averaging 12-16 hours each week across client and candidate calls.I’ve just started my journey at Whitehall Resources and am excited to build strong relationships across the DACH SAP market.
