To reach this end goal, all small business owners should be familiar with keeping records and bookkeeping. The students will be exposed to the purpose and organization of company’s daily financial records. Students will learn the importance and preparation of budgets and the direct correlation between financial records, budgets and cash flow and cash forecasting.This course will explore bookkeeping and business record requirements, financial statements, budgets, how they are prepared and why they necessary. The end goal is to prepare pro-forma financial statements to be presented to financing personnel.
