I communicate the value of a product in direct relation to the goals of my customers. My personal goals have always been to be a part of the Electrical Industry in Alberta. I have been communicating the value of the products from my manufacturing partners the bulk of my career. Today, I am the Application and Product Solutions Manager at DAD Sales. In short, I have always been fond of a consultative sales approach. In our \'Solutions\' group, we identify the goals of our customers. We ensure we understand the application or project they are working on beyond the scope of our products. Then, we focus on the best way of achieving our customers goal. My personal belief is that success doesn\'t come easily and there are no short cuts. I also believe people reward helpful people. Internally, our motto is \"last desk\'. Once we start the process with a customer we take responsibility for getting an answer. Outside of work, I spend time with my family and when time permits the golf course. I am enrolled in the BIM Technician program and just got registered with CANBIM and hope to soon have my certification.
