As the Engineering Director for Talos Automation I am responsible for the delivery of compliant man power solutions to international projects. In addition to managing a core client and contractor base I’m also charged with running the day-to-day operational aspects of the team, ensuring every member successfully achieves revenue targets and personal development plans. Talos Automation is a multi-million pound recruitment organisation specialising in engineering staffing solutions within the Automotive, Life Science, Aerospace, Logistics and Energy sectors.
