WORK HISTORY
Research Fellow, Glam-e Lab @Nyu Law Engelberg Center On Innovation Law & Policy
I recently joined the GLAM-E Lab, a joint initiative between the Engelberg Center on Innovation Law & Policy at NYU Law and the University of Warwick School of Law (UK) — the best in the business at helping cultural institutions go open. As Research Fellow, I’m taking a big step back after more than two decades working in the GLAM/open knowledge sector to assess the state of the digital commons at a critical inflection point — where geopolitics, genAI, and our movement\'s own fragility and disjointedness all converge to threaten our shared digital memory. As I sense out this landscape, I’m connecting with collaborators old and new, and sketching the outlines of a new venture that will focus on driving the transition to a revitalized and sustainable commons.
EDUCATION
