I have experience recruiting for both financial services and for the tech sector. I specialise in providing interim and contract support across multiple fields. The nature of the staffing partner agreement has seen me recruit: Finance Analysts, Flight Engineers, AI Project Managers, Cloud Marketing Specialists, Qualitative Researchers, and Robotics Operatives – to name a few. I enjoy the variation and being able to talk to genuinely interesting candidates who are often industry specialists. Alongside engaging with candidates, the other aspect of my role sees me act as the Account Manager - this involves weekly meetings to discuss progress and market feedback, and daily video conferences with different Hiring Managers to discuss their hiring requirements.
