I am employed with Building East Midlands delivering innovative and complex projects by embracing new technologies that help us lead the sector. Reporting into the Regional Commercial Manager / Project Director to deliver the project commercial strategy.RAF Waddington, Lincolnshire - £12m (Apr 2025 - Present):Galliford Try will provide new and refurbished infrastructure for the Red Arrows at their home at RAF Waddington. The RAFAT will benefit from modernised infrastructure including new space for aircraft parking, runway access, a refurbished aircraft hanger, office and engineering spaces. NEC4 Option A&C.HMP Rye Hill (Main Works), Warwickshire - £88m (Sept 2021 - May 2025):Galliford Try will expand the existing facilities include a new build a four-storey 458-bed Houseblock, Barrier Building, Multi-Faith & Activities Building. The existing ancillary buildings including the Visitors Centre, Gymnasium, Communal Kitchen and Facilities Store will be refurbished. I am the project commercial lead. Contract: Bespoke Main Contract Utilising PFI.Oakhill Secure Training Facility, Milton Keynes - £2.3m (Feb 2022 - Nov 2022):Refurbishment of an 80-bed custodial unit that looks after and educates young people who have been remanded or sentenced to periods of detention. Work includes the refurbishment of the existing ensuite and communal kitchen areas including Mechanical & Electrical upgrades. Contract: JCT D&B 2016. HMP Rye Hill (Enabling Activities), Warwickshire - £11m (Sept 2021 - Feb 2022):Galliford Try formed a temporary access road and car park. Refurbished the existing Entry Building and installed new incoming services including forming a new-services compound ready for the Main Works.
