Project Manager: Air Ground Information SystemsThe Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Voice Services Team, AJM-3132, is part of the Communications, Information and Network Programs Office of the Enterprise Services Directorate. The Voice Services Team is responsible for management of the systems and services that tie ground systems and aircraft together through communications.Engineers and field technicians, working with A/G, are tasked with ensuring the continued operation of voice services. Key to their success is the Air/Ground Information Services (AGIS) which is comprised of the Life Cycle Asset Tracking System (LCATS) and Site Survey Database (SSDB) technical support systems. Air Ground Information Services (AGIS) is an extendible service platform currently containing two independent information systems and one hosted COTS solution.• Site Survey Database (SSDB) contains facility survey data for structures.• Life Cycle Asset Tracking (LCATS) contains equipment records for over assets.
