I started out cleaning cars in -30°C winters. Eventually, I saved enough to buy my first rental property. Thought I was smart… until life hit me sideways. My tenant turned out to be a drug dealer. My place got raided. The oil & gas market in Grande Prairie crashed. I lost a ton of money and was stuck paying both rent and a mortgage. I was in the red. I needed help but I didn’t even know what to ask. Nobody taught me how borrowing worked, or what building wealth actually meant. So through mistakes, mentors, and late-night learning I figured out what I had to do. I went from cleaning cars to tech, then into real estate. Now, I’m a mortgage broker helping first-time buyers and young families avoid the same painful costly mistakes I made. Building wealth is for people willing to learn and I’m here to help make it easier for them.
