As part of Citi\'s Controls Testing Utility (CTU), I identify automation initiatives focused on controls testing across Services, Markets, Banking & International, and Client sectors (SMBIC). My role centres on identifying and delivering technology-driven solutions to enhance the efficiency, quality, and overall experience of our controls testing processes.Working across both proactive and reactive workstreams, I draw on my background in controls testing and deep understanding of emerging technologies to transform manual processes into streamlined, automated solutions. This includes partnering closely with business and technology stakeholders to design and implement practical, scalable tools that support our strategic risk and control objectives.This role demands a balance of technical insight and stakeholder management, as I regularly collaborate with diverse teams across the enterprise to ensure alignment, drive innovation, and embed automation into the heart of our control environment.
