I have a global experience (North America, Australia, Asia, UK) in a multicultural organizations with proven multidiscipline senior executive and leadership roles. I led several global start-ups of an assembly and manufacturing plants supplying parts to automotive OEMs. I enjoy working with team and very big in execution. I will do everything to Make It Happen!In 2005, I started my career in Yazaki Australia and stepped up as operations manager. In 2008, I joined Toyota Tsusho Australia to start up an assembly plant to supply parts to Toyota Motors. I received several promotions and have held numerous concurrent Group General Manager role in four Divisions and the window person of our company to Toyota Motors. I was offered to move to Toyota Tsusho America in 2018 and joined our North American operation for Module Business. My plant start-ups experiences in America, Australia, Mexico and UK made me a credible and trusted person to head these assignments. In every organization that I lead I developed successful organizational culture change initiatives. I have a credible reputation in operations, program launch, people management, building customer and supplier relations and driving business profitability.Currently the SBU Head and Group General Manager of Parts and Accessories SBU for North American operations.
