I\'m a tech leader who loves making things work better. My sweet spot is connecting the big-picture strategy with the teams that build the software, ensuring everything runs smoothly from an idea all the way to the finished product.I started my career as a hands-on software engineer and grew into a Principal role, where I built teams and shipped complex projects. Along the way, I learned that the biggest challenges often aren\'t in the code itself, but in how teams work together. That\'s what pulled me towards operations in a fast-paced tech consultancy setting.In my current role, I\'m the go-to person for keeping our internal 80-person technology department on track. I work directly with the CTO to build a foundation of operational excellence that empowers our client-facing delivery teams to succeed.
