I lead the sale, lease and acquisition of industrial real estate for occupiers, investors and developers across the Greater Toronto Area, one of the most competitive markets in North America.After two decades in the business, I’ve learned that strong outcomes don’t come from chasing transactions; the best outcomes come from alignment. Alignment between real estate and operations. Between capital and timing. Between internal stakeholders and external market realities. My role is to lead that process by asking the right questions early, framing the decision and execute with clarity. I am directly involved in complex lease, sale, and acquisition assignments, including capital markets and development advisory. Over the past two years, I’ve completed more than $1.1B in lease and sale transactions. This transactional volume allows us to provide better real time guidance and advice to our clients.I lead a dedicated advisory team with a clear division of labour across strategy, execution, research and transaction management. That structure allows us to move quickly, stay ahead of issues and deliver consistency through complex processes, while ensuring clients receive senior-level thinking at every stage. It’s a model designed to reduce risk, improve decision-making and drive better outcomes for our clients, My approach is analytical, thoughtful and outcome-focused. We pressure-test assumptions, identify blind spots, and are just as comfortable advising clients not to transact when the facts don’t supportIt. Transactions are a by-product of good strategy and disciplined execution, not the objective.I’ve been honoured with Avison Young’s Chairman’s Award and SIOR Industrial Broker of the Year (Central Canada).
