True Focus was a response to a problem in a lack of holistic and integrated tools for brain health, based in science. With a focus on brain injury, True Focus Mind (formerly True Focus) translates scientific knowledge on brain function into applicable and measurable change for our clients. This includes traumatic brain injury, stroke, concussion - as well as applications for ADHD and peak performance. Our programs have reached thousands of people and been implemented in a range of clinical, academic, community-based and individualized contexts. As the Founder of True Focus Mind, I spent years accumulated vast archives of data on the brain from peer reviewed research, and turned them into safe, affordable, and self-managed brain transformation tools for my clients. I also adapted this information into college-level courses, lectures, and keynotes across the healthcare space. It is my passion to empower others with tools that can help them restore both health and agency over their brain health journey.

Technology is a tool, but its people that shift History. Inspiration and connection are my passion, and my mission is to mobilize these forces to accelerate society into a new era of progress. And each era is defined by its stories, that when crafted well, animate the body and soul. They move us to ever greater states of joy, meaning, compassion, learning, connection, abundance, and health. But the nature of storytelling is changing. From drumbeats and Homeric poems, to radio, TV, digital, and now augmented reality and virtual reality - our expectations for stories are ever-changing. People expect that a story isn\'t just communicating an idea, it is delivering an experience. At EXAR Studios, we seek to augment that experience to the maximim extent possible with current technology, as well as to foster new science and technology to enhance our connection with storytelling. And we must recognize our place as authors, in the greatest story ever told - the story of continually redefining our humanity through innovation and moral progress. I see my role as sharing a vision communities embrace, creating high trust relationships between people with common values and goals, and fostering multidisplinary convergence and emergence for the future of technology. From this foundation of trust, innovation, and common vision, anything becomes possible.My vision is for a world where technology unites, inspires, empowers and heals.
