I am a successful senior technology leader, with a strong track record of delivering tangible results. Well-qualified, I have some of the very best in advanced industry recognised certification and hold British Computer Society CITP accreditation. My career to date features appointments in NHS and private healthcare, both as independent consultant and senior leader, bridging between technical and business challenges. As Director of IT Transformation at Virgin Care, I head regional IT teams, bids, service mobilisation, transformation, strategy and programmes. The position demands significant strategic input and involves representing IM & T at the highest levels externally. During tenure, I have transformed the IM & T structure, rewritten the IM & T strategy and spearheaded multiple, concurrent projects, including a number of complex IM & T mobilisations and transformations.Other career highlights include playing a pivotal role in the transition and transformation of IM & T services at NHS Surrey Community Health (SCH) following Virgin Care winning the contract for community services in Surrey; leading the teams through change and developing the IM & T vision/strategy. I was instrumental in driving to fruition, the Surrey Community of Interest Network (COIN) project,(£11.6m) from concept to successful delivery, on time and under budget.I apply strong commercial acumen and innovative thinking to maximise the short and long term added value that technology brings. Highly solutions driven, I have particular strength in identifying and responding to shortcomings and opportunities.
