ABOUT BEN STREET

A highly motivated, resilient, customer and people focused Regional Manager, who prides himself on getting the very best out of every team member and situation, with a proven track record of effective performance management, operational excellence and delivery of corporate KPI\'s. I\'m passionate about creating a culture where the customer is at the heart of the operation with customer led decision making, whilst developing and supporting colleagues to be the very best they can be in an environment which is safe, inclusive, rewarding and enjoyable. I have worked my way up from Customer Advisor to Regional Manager with 24years in retail, working with numerous store types since I was 16 with proven success with all store formats. I strive to do the very best I can for myself and my colleagues, including my family and I ensure this approach is consistent in achieving a great work/life balance. I am a values based leader who thrives on being the best I can be every day. I am reliable, structured and intentional and committed to achieving my goals whilst supporting my teams in achieving theirs. I am currently a Regional Manager for The Works Stores LTD responsible for 6 Areas in the South of England.
