I provide employment law advice to both employers and employees and advise on all aspects of employment law. A typical week for me will include working with clients on advancing or defending Employment Tribunal claims and helping to resolve disputes. As well as providing support to managers and business owners in relation to handling day to day workplace issues, such as dealing with difficult grievances, complex disciplinaries, performance management issues, business reorganisation and redundancy situations.I work with employers across many sectors, with a focus on social care providers, food and drink operators and technology based businesses.Specialties: Employment tribunal claims including unfair dismissal, breach of contract and discrimination, negotiating and advising on exit strategies for senior employees and dealing with disputes in relation to notice periods, restrictive covenants and confidentiality.
