I am currently managing one of the oldest oilfields in Texas with production from 60 operated wells on varying artificial lift methods; rod pump, ESP, PCP.My responsibilities include:• Oversee and manage daily production operations to ensure optimal performance and timely delivery.• Oversee and manage daily produced water disposal operations.• Lead and supervise production teams to achieve production targets while maintaining safety and quality standards.• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.• Quickly respond to and resolve any production issues that may arise during and outside regular hours.• Coordinate with maintenance and engineering teams to minimize downtime and ensure efficient equipment utilization.• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and production metrics.• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production processes.
