With over 10 years of experience in the international development sector, I am passionate about transforming the lives of children living in poverty through innovative and effective programs. I have a strong background in transformational change leadership, speaking, business intelligence, and data analysis, as well as an MBA in Social Impact from Eastern University.As the Director of Solutions - Program Cycle Adoption at Compassion International, I lead a top priority, multi-year global change initiative to transform the way Compassion’s 8,700 partner churches implement programs through a program cycle. I lead cross-functional teams through the development and integration of key Monitoring, Evaluation, Research, and Learning (MERL), Program Design, Partnership tools and processes and supporting technology. I am also responsible for the direct leadership of 4 regional teams across Latin America, Africa, and Asia, guiding 29 national offices through adoption. I am the primary spokesperson for the initiative to executive leadership, the Board of Directors, and externally to donors.
