At Ormiston Academy in Sudbury-Suffolk, the project with be a sectioned demolition of a live school. This is creating a new three story teaching block, new sports hall and MUGA pitch along with external works of a cost in excess of £45 million.I am package managing the sports hall from the ground works phase through to completion. Further on from this, I am overseeing the phased demolition of the existing school. As this is a live school, I am expected to have close contact with the school.
