At Moneybox, a fast-paced and innovative fintech, I provide regulatory compliance advice across a broad portfolio of savings and investment products. Collaborating closely with Product, Marketing and Operations teams, I ensure compliance is integrated at every stage, from design through to delivery, enabling outcomes that align with FCA requirements.My work spans a wide range of responsibilities, with key aspects including- Lead product governance reviews, evaluating target market, customer vulnerability, complaints and product risk to ensure ongoing suitability and compliance- Contribute compliance insight to the firm’s internal fund governance forum, enhancing oversight of the funds available on our platform- Provide regulatory guidance during the design and launch of new products and features, embedding compliance throughout development- Conduct compliance reviews as part of the firm’s compliance programme to assess adherence and identify opportunities for improvement- Review and approve customer-facing communications and financial promotions to ensure they meet FCA standards and reflect fair, clear and not misleading messaging.
