I serve as the Head of Enterprise Risk Management for TBK Bank/Triumph Financial, a leading fintech/financial services company and community bank serving the transportation & freight industry. At Triumph I lead the ERM function, specializing in strategic risk management consulting that enables responsible innovation for a rapidly growing FinTech/FreightTech business. In my position I also lead the company\'s Model Risk Management, AI Governance, and Business Continuity Management programs.With a Big 4 background and significant industry and advisory experience in risk and compliance, I excel in empowering risk management, compliance functions and internal audit departments to be recognized as value-add, strategic business partners that help drive the success of their companies’ operations and achievement of strategic objectives. Prior to Triumph, I served as the Head of Internal Audit for RealPage, Inc, the leading global provider of software, data analytics, and FinTech services to the real estate industry. In addition to responsibility for the execution of operational internal audits, annual internal controls programs, and enterprise risk management activities, I also led RealPage\'s Systems Governance department, which was responsible for PCI-DSS compliance and the management of the company\'s numerous SSAE 18 (SOC 1 and SOC 2) assessments that we distributed to hundreds of customers. Prior experience in corporate finance with a wide range of roles in corporate financial management for multi-billion dollar construction and development projects (financial planning & analysis, program financial management and scheduling, project cost accounting, estimating & pricing, etc.).
