Leadership is not just about achieving results — it’s about transformation. It’s about stepping into the fullness of who we are, confronting the messy and complex truth of being human, and leading with authenticity, skill, courage, and purpose. Ben is an accomplished leadership coach, team and family facilitator, and somatic teacher. He helps people step into what they want - how they want to perform, how they want to feel, how they want to communicate, and how they want to contribute. He provides frameworks and creates spaces where clients can slow down, reflect, uncover the clarity they\'ve been seeking, and have breakthroughs. This can include the root causes behind breakdowns in innovation and coordination, lack of accountability, conflict, vision, strategy, and burnout - all factors that significantly impact culture, OKRs and job satisfaction.Ben has coached and facilitated humans in a wide range of contexts, sectors, and organizational structures that include; C-level leaders in public and private businesses, philanthropists, service providers for the formerly incarcerated, senior product designers and producers for Big 5 tech companies, service providers for international refugees, artists, policy makers, human rights organizers, and UHNW families going through intergenerational wealth transitions.
