ABOUT BEN SANDS
As a Development Analyst II at ONE Gas, I manage and support multiple engineering and compliance applications, such as Civil3D, AutoCad, Everbridge, and SynergiGas. I also serve as a Business Analyst, facilitating projects by aligning technical requirements with customer needs and delivering solutions that enhance business performance and efficiency.I graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems and Marketing in 2021. During my studies, I led a large student organization, University Sing, by overseeing a 60-person executive committee, managing a budget, and pivoting the event during the COVID-19 pandemic to ensure safety and prevent cancellation. I also earned multiple honors at OU, such as the Dean\'s Honor Roll, the President\'s Honor Roll, and the Big Man on Campus Award. My core competencies include public speaking, application support, project management, and C# programming. I have also obtained certifications in Lean IT Essentials and ITIL v4 Foundation. My top five strengths according to the StrengthsFinder 2.0 from Gallup are harmony, restorative, analytical, includer, and deliberative.
