I design highly engaging and innovative learning programmes that deliver a learning experience like no other. My key role is program management and to define and communicate a vision for my curriculum areas, I do this by utilising my strong programme management skills and collaboration with others, I use data to tell a story, and effectively manage multiple stakeholders of all levels in a time sensitive environment. The creation of MVP as part of our first workable versions of our Total learning product has been one of the recent projects I have successfully delivered.I come from a learning background; this allows me to truly understand the value of outstanding learning. Coupled with my strong analytical skills, I strive to develop innovative learning interventions that go further than traditional classroom and digital learning interventions by offering real value to both learner and their organisations.
