I am a specialist in Enterprise Level Managed Service IT programmes, currently supporting the Health sector. Today: I lead a large team charged with the delivery of Digital Transformation across the UK & I Health sector. Of note, I am experienced in the stand up and integration of Epic EPR; programme leading the delivery of this technology into the Northern Ireland Health system. I lead a team of programme managers, project managers, project coordinators, transition managers and business analysts and together we provide technology that directly benefits health providers and their ability to deliver first class medical care.I am a versatile leadership professional, with qualifications to back up my wide ranging practical experience across multiple industries. Efficiently calm under pressure, I have the capability to adapt, learn and deliver positive impact on any commercial offering I am charged with supporting. I am qualified as an Advanced Practitioner of PRINCE2, but have much practical experience across the various project methodologies of Waterfall, Agile and SCRUM. I am a qualified Trainer with 10years experience in practical and theoretical teaching delivery and continuous professional development of staff. I also bring experience in Lean and efficiency principles, constant process improvement mindsets, flexible problem solving and change management in a global setting.
