Within this function, I develop financial knowledge and soft skills of individuals to effectively implement leadership practices and demonstrate growth as evolving leaders. I deliver ILM accredited skills development and leadership modular courses to corporate clientele, and develop and mentor the business owner, providing personalised guidance and unbiased advice with regard to structuring presentations and courses in order to support future training and development of staff within the organisation.Furthermore, I provide advice on the creation of company documentation such as marketing materials, proposals and contracts etc, to streamline, modernise and improve succinctness. I also create and execute strategic coaching plans based on a holistic review of data and the coachees\' self-identified growth objectives.Accomplishments include improving efficiencies when driving the transition of working methodologies to an online platform, which enhanced ways of working for those working remotely. Also, I provided effective leadership coaching to the management team of a transport company, improving communication competence while empowering individuals to undertake further accountability, thereby enabling the owner to focus on his professional growth, which led to the development of two successful sister companies.
