Smiths Medical was acquired by ICU Medical in January 2022. My position remained the same after the acquisition.• Lead the development and management of best in class talent sourcing, recruitment and selection strategies and processes to ensure successful acquisition and on-boarding of top talent for ICU Medical• Develop and drive ICU Medical’s global recruitment strategies and processes to build a robust, multi-channel pipeline for diverse talent that enables workforce vitality at ICU Medical, today and in the future• Build out and implement innovative and proactive sourcing and recruitment strategies to accelerate the development of high quality candidate pool to significantly reduce time to fill on open positions• Proactively work with the Global HR Business Partner team and functional leadership to develop talent acquisition strategies and action plans to meet the short and long-term staffing needs of the function • Provide coaching and training to hiring managers on best practices around recruiting, interviewing, selection, on-boarding and employment law• Drive the ICU Medical employer brand to all candidates via numerous channels and communication strategies (marketing initiatives, branding campaigns, internal referral programs, etc.) in partnership with Corporate Communications and Branding• Develop and optimize talent acquisition metrics and reports to drive strategic decision making and business results.
