I\'m Ben.An established and highly-motivated retail professional with over 15 years experience within head office retail, ranging from start-ups to global FTSE 100 listed businesses. Equally adept at operating within bricks and mortar or eCommerce, I specialise in leading high-performing buying functions across diverse product categories including gifting, licensed goods, homeware, tech, food & drink and more recently home improvement products - as well as defining and executing effective retail strategies to help drive growth and profitability in both the D2C and B2B space.I pride myself on knowing which levers to pull and when to do so depending on the needs and ambitions of the brands and businesses I work with.
