Working with organisations and movements to advocate for the use of sortition (lottery selection) as a means to make more collaborative, agile, innovative and trusted decisions. I\'ve worked with several organisations to consult on deliberative projects including Byline Festival, Extinction Rebellion, WeTheFuture and Climate2025. I co-founded INSA (International Network of Sortition Advocates) which was born out attempts to engage our members from across the globe. I\'m currently working on a strategy to use the citizen assembly model in non-civic organisations as a means of making better decisions, better.
