I support the implementation and continuous improvement of resource management processes, helping teams navigate the complexity of overlapping projects with limited capacity.Key responsibilities and achievements:Implement and support the use of multi-project scheduling heuristics to drive efficient resource allocation, capacity planning, and task prioritisation across project portfolios.Facilitate the use of pipeline management, critical path analysis, and future load forecasting to help stakeholders make informed decisions in resource-constrained settings.Deliver training and support for project and resource managers on leveraging Epicflow’s task list, progress booking, and workload balancing features to improve visibility and control.Promote effective bottleneck management by identifying constraints and proposing mitigation strategies to maximise throughput across multiple concurrent projects.Support the application of buffer and float management to safeguard delivery timelines against uncertainty, scope changes, and shifting priorities.Encourage cross-project collaboration by improving transparency and coordination among resource groups with competing demands.Drive the adoption of data-informed, agile project execution methods supported by real-time analytics and performance tracking.My work contributes directly to reducing multi-tasking inefficiencies, increasing resource utilisation, and enabling reliable project delivery under uncertainty, all while ensuring alignment with organisational priorities.
