I am currently practing law in the Corporate Finance Section at Norton Rose Fulbright US LLP I am developing a practice focused on complex finance matters, including merger and acquisition finance, secured and unsecured debt products, leveraged lending and banking. I am actively engaged in the documentation of a wide variety of commercial lending transactions, including syndicated and single lender credit facilities, working capital facilities, asset-based lending, oil and gas lending (including reserve based lending and midstream facilities), master limited partnership financing, second lien and mezzanine facilities and sponsor backed acquisition financing. My team frequently represents financial institutions, private equity sponsors and corporate borrowers (both public and private) in the negotiation and documentation of their financial transactions.
