ABOUT BEN PLATT
I am currently a junior economics major with a minor in finance attending the University of Texas at Austin, where I have developed my passion for finance and investment strategies. As an economics major my understanding of how microeconomic and macroeconomic factors affect the economy has provided me with a solid foundation that I feel can transfer into the finance world and will help me be successful in a number of different career paths. Having interned at Manchester City Football Club this past summer as a finance and law intern, I deepened my knowledge and experience in financial operations. I created an economic analysis on the potential changes to the Financial Fair Play regulations, and this document is now utilized as an introductory resource for new employees. I am looking forward to taking on a new challenge, working in a dynamic team and further developing my skills in the finance field.
