During my time at Nurix, I have focused on building a platform to increase production and decrease time needed for onDNA ligand synthesis. This included analyzing the process form a higher perspective, identifying bottlenecks, working with other to determine the best route to enable a higher throughput, and implementing the change. these improvements ranged anywhere from optimization of chemistry steps to ordering compounds and data management. Some of these improvements that have been implemented, have also been adopted within other departments and have shortened/simplified processes.
