ABOUT BEN PERCY
I am an experienced Engineering Director with a demonstrated history working across the entire mineral processing project lifecycle. My background includes leading and managing multi-disciplinary teams, overseeing design of large capital projects as well as day-to-day business administration at both strategic and operational levels. My expertise covers mechanical system design, fabrication, installation and commissioning.In my current role, I oversee more than 70 engineers and designers to ensure the work done by the team meets regulatory requirements and provides good value to our clients. I have extensive experience on studies, whether they be PEA, PFS or FS level as well as being involved in 5 (and counting) detailed engineering and execution projects with project total capital costs ranging from $80m up to $600m.I add value to projects by working collaboratively with my team, the client, equipment suppliers and contractors. I also have experience facilitating workshops, whether they be constructability, client layout reviews, HAZOP, HAZID or risk workshops.
