Ben Normatov is the Director at Alpha Realty Investment Sales, where he has played a key role since joining the firm in 2019. To date, he has successfully brokered over $100 million in commercial real estate transactions, specializing in multifamily and mixed-use properties in the boroughs of Brooklyn and Queens.In Brooklyn, Ben focuses on some of the most sought-after neighborhoods, including Boerum Hill, Brooklyn Heights, Cobble Hill, Park Slope, and Carroll Gardens. In Queens, his expertise spans areas such as Astoria, Sunnyside, Woodside, Long Island City, Rego Park, and Forest Hills.Ben holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Baruch College’s Zicklin School of Business, graduating magna cum laude. He began his real estate career in the residential sector with EXIT Realty Landmark in Manhattan’s Flatiron District before transitioning to commercial real estate in 2019.Ben\'s achievements have been consistently recognized in the industry. In 2019, he was featured in the New York Real Estate Journal\'s “Ones to Watch,” followed by a spotlight in their 2020 “Year in Review” during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic. In 2021, he garnered additional attention for arranging the off-market sale of a $10 million, three-building package in Park Slope.
