Reporting directly to the Chairman and Board of Directors. Business development, growth, planning and strategy is core to the business success. I provide sales & marketing strategy and support to all areas within the group of companies structure, turning strategies into targeted actions plans. Marketing plays a pivotal role in the development and success of the groups activities. As a busines we encourage open and effective communications with all management functions. Ensure group activities support the marketing plan, and satisfy ever increasingly demanding and customer challenges with the Supply Chain industry. The companies reputation on Sustainability within the Logistics Industry is a key differentiator for us and we pride ourselves on innovation and investment within this field. Careful management of internal and external communications, publicity, PR and sponsorship throughout the group, whilst maintaining a working environment that complies consistently with company policies and motivates all employees to maximise their potential to achieve excellence for our customers.
