As the Manager, Planning and Implementation, I am responsible to plan and implement the delivery of player relevant, operationally efficient gaming facilities. In this role I proactively develop, maintain and manage relevant working relationships with internal stakeholders and with applicable external stakeholders. Utilizing expertise in gaming facility design to focus on the player through gaming equipment layout, gaming signage design, and continuous improvement of speed to market. I manage a team of Gaming Facility Specialists that ensure initiatives are targeted to provide the most value to the business given the constraints of a finite budget and resource pool and works closely with Casino & Community Gaming Managers to ensure alignment of priorities and budgeting.
