Founder of Lone Peak Precision and PowTech Manufacturing in Bozeman, Montana.As an entrepreneur and business owner, I have a passion for innovation and havesuccessfully launched and commercialized various products.While a Mechanical Engineering Technologies (MET) undergraduate at MontanaState University and intern with Vision Aerial, in 2021 I started PowTech with the goalof simplifying snowmobile accessories for backcountry ski touring. In 2022 I soldPowTech and used the proceeds to start Lone Peak Precision. Having experiencedfirst hand some of the challenges companies face with developing prototypes andthen scaling into manufacturing production, I felt there must be a better way,leveraging my experience and education, and using tools like AI, automation, androbotics. We are applying these today at Lone Peak Precision today to helpcompanies innovate and scale faster.As a process-oriented professional with a deep understanding of lean manufacturingprinciples, I have a proven track record of delivering successful projects on time andwithin budget. With a strong background in materials management, CNCmanufacturing, additive manufacturing, and mechanical design, I excel at identifyingand implementing process improvements that increase efficiency and driveoperational excellence.With my various roles as a project manager, I have a demonstrated ability to leadcross-functional teams and deliver complex projects from concept to implementation.My experience includes managing budgets, timelines, and stakeholder expectations,while ensuring quality control and adherence to safety regulations.My technical expertise in CNC manufacturing, additive manufacturing, andautomated systems enables me to optimize production processes and enhancequality control measures. I have a deep understanding of mechanical designprinciples and utilize this knowledge to develop efficient, reliable systems thatimprove operational performance.My experience in materials management includes inventory control, procurement,and supply chain optimization. I am adept at vendor management and negotiation,and have a proven track record of achieving cost savings while maintaining highlevels of quality and service.
