Our team at Propp run the UK’s first direct to consumer price comparison site for specialist property finance. We are challenging conventional wisdom in specialist property finance through digital disruption and innovation.Focussing on Bridging, Commercial & Development finance as well as specialist Buy to Let, we work with lenders to help make these areas more accessible and transparent to borrowers.Borrowers will now have the ability to view products from some of the leading providers, often not available through traditional brokers, without being forced to surrender personal details to access rates on the site. Through Propp’s optimisation service, bespoke quotes are negotiated for and presented back to borrowers within 24 hours.Propp Ltd is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct financial advisers at Firmitas Financial Services help business owners arrange tax efficient pension and investment planning as well as protection for themselves, for their employees and for their clients.My role is to connect people with the best-fit specialist adviser at Firmitas Financial Services and the most common business types I work with are- Solicitors, including divorce lawyers for help with pension sharing orders- Mortgage and Corporate finance brokers- IT and Contractor recruiters- Accountants- City tradersThe reason these businesses enjoy working with me are because of the personal and professional relationship they or their clients receive along with the outstanding advice and service we demand.If you would like to speak to me about whether you or your network can access our team of financial advisers then message me.Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage.The value of your investment can go down as well as up.
