   This role leads the global centre of excellence focussed on the evolution of HR systems & talent analytics needs and operations across 28 countries. The primary aim of this role is to ensure HR technology is developed, deployed and optimised to leverage full system capabilities that can support the business strategy and creates a data warehouse to drive talent insights. Key responsibilities:* As the product owner, ensure HR technology has a strategy and agile roadmap that unlocks capability and adds value that ultimately drives the business strategy * Ensure all HR systems are following regulatory requirements and remain compliant with local and global regulations including SOX and GDPR * Be a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders in the re-engineering of business operations and processes that lead to efficiencies, automation and allow people analytics and insights * Drive the implementation of HR systems ensuring consistent design, governance and continuous improvement * Lead, develop and coach the HR systems & analytics team to support operations as well as ensuring skills and knowledge are retained internally to foster education to super users * Lead change management efforts in partnership with local HR to ensure HR systems are embedded and seen as a strategic business tool with high user adoption * Partner with IT teams to ensure alignment of the HR ecosystem with IT infrastructure and policies * Ensure effective partnerships with external vendors on commercial agreements utilisation * Management of the HR systems budget (capex and opex) to ensure effective return on investment
