I manage the full time Further and Higher Education courses as well as the many adult evening classes at Canterbury School of Visual Arts at Canterbury College (CSVA). I am responsible for the line management of several colleagues, all budget considerations as well at strategic future planning for the department. CSVA specialises in training our learners up to work in the visual art industries through programmes of live projects, employer engagement and community action coupled with academic research and technical skill development in art and design specialisms.
