Develop the Metering Strategy for customer base across both dumb and smart meter capabilities and the ramp up of the rollout-Determine short and long-term actions to mitigate margin leakage, including triage of metering-related supply point issues, tackling root causes of inaccurate bills and enhancing knowledge and understanding within the team- Define clear reporting and analytical requirements in partnership with Data, Finance and Revenue Assurance to develop insight into metering performance- Maintain Director-level relationships with external meter reading service providers and work together to achieve continuous improvement of the services- Develop accurate meter reading cost forecasts and deliver in line with Wave’s Strategic Plan- Actively manage headcount and budget in line with Strategic Plan and seek ways to optimise performance and cost through improved ways of working.
