I have worked in the forklift business for 18 years for a local Caterpillar dealer. During that time frame I had worked in Parts, Service & Sales with most of my experience in the service department. While at the dealership we built a strong service department known for reliable service, timely response and exceeding customers\' expectations. Currently working for Atlantic Lift Truck developing a territory to increase Parts, Service, Rentals and Sales. Specialties: Resolving problems that occur daily in the service business.
