I am currently a Senior Consultant for Restoration Made Simple (RMS). Using my knowledge from the three businesses I owned and also being in the software space, I am helping restoration contractors cultivate their teams, improve processes, and find practical solutions to level up. Prior to this I was an Enterprise Solutions Consultant for DocuSketch. I helped contractors with solutions that we offer with an emphasis on estimating, as well as other opportunities that I have experience with.I have been in the property restoration industry since I was a kid pulling hoses and setting up air movers for my dad. I purchased JRCC, a disaster restoration business, and 9x the revenue in 15 years. We made the Remodelers Big 50, Remodelers Top 500, and Inc. multiple years and proud of the team\'s growth mindset. I sold this business and became a Regional Manager and then the Director of Pricing for FLEET Response that has offices across the country. I also owned Epic Estimates and our team took it from a startup to one of the best competing third party estimating services in the country for the property restoration industryI own Enlightened Restoration Solutions, where I am an Xactimate Certified Trainer, and specialize in helping other companies with methods for estimating, budgeting, pricing, negotiating and other business related needs for contractors.    I am an Xactimate Certified Trainer with a Level 3 Certification. I am passionate about helping others improve their skills in estimating and also how to better create job budgets and work orders. I can also coach you in determining budgeted gross profits, labor burden, labor overhead, over/under billing (WIP), and anything else that might help with your understanding of how to make accurate estimates and budgets. If you want to know about making your own price list and pricing feedback then I am your guy. I have been in the restoration industry for 17 years. I currently own JRCC which operates in Eastern Washington. I have been the President and Vice President of my local Homebuilders chapter. We are consistently in the Remodelers Top 500 in the Nation and Fastest Private Growing Companies in the Nation. I also currently instruct several Continued Education courses approved for Insurance Producers in Washington. I have been certified in: water damage, fire & smoke damage, mold remediation, HVAC cleaning, carpet cleaning, thermal imaging, hardwood & concrete drying, subrogation, structural estimating, Xactimate, trauma cleanup, lead renovation, AHERA Building Inspector.
