I am an experienced EPR Change, Training and Transformation Consultant, working alongside multiple GDE and fast follower sites throughout the UK focusing specifically within the Acute NHS market. Primarily I assist in QIPP (Quality, Innovation, Productivity and Prevention) for Trusts in, or leaving special measures.
