Lead the team responsible for all production filling and handling activities and maintenance activities, ensuring safe, efficient and cost-effective management of personnel and services.Manage operational resources to ensure that all activities under span of responsibility are performed safely, effectively and carried out within the Legislative and Management Systems (LiMSS) frameworks e.g. Health & Safety at Work Act, COMAH Regulations as lower tier facility, GMP & GDP, HACCP, COSHH, PSSR, ISO9001, ISO14001. As operational Landlord, responsible and accountable for all activities and contact for all key agencies such as HSE, EA, Fire, Police & Local Government.
