I\'m the technical owner of the performance-cloud domain at Check Point, working across QA, R&D, Logistics, and global lab operations.I own all cloud performance testing across four environments (AWS, Azure, ESX, KVM), from initial design and lab build-out all the way through execution, analysis, and exec-level reporting. At peak we run campaigns at around 200 Gbps and 64 million concurrent sessions.One of the things I\'m most proud of in this role is building a Performance MCP server and a set of AI agents that got picked up by about 10 QA and R&D teams. It cut average triage time by roughly 80%.I also set up self-service performance automation labs so R&D engineers can reproduce and debug performance issues on their own, without needing a QA hand-off. That saves the team around 10 hours a week.On the people side, I\'m the technical interviewer and hiring decision-maker for the group. I designed the interview process from scratch and have signed off on about 10 hires.I also serve as the cross-org program lead connecting Performance QA, HW QA, and R&D, keeping things moving and unblocking dependencies. That includes sprint planning, roadmap alignment with product and stakeholders, and running lab and hardware audits in both Israel and the US.

I\'ve spent 18+ years doing performance engineering for network security products, at Check Point, Radware, and CATO Networks. Not just running tests, but owning the full picture: designing lab environments, building tooling, analyzing results, and translating numbers into decisions that actually matter to product teams.Most of my work lives at the intersection of networking and scale. I\'ve run campaigns pushing ~200 Gbps and ~64M concurrent sessions across cloud and on-prem environments (AWS, Azure, ESX, KVM), and I\'ve done it across firewalls, ADC, SD-WAN, and SASE platforms.Lately I\'ve been deep into AI-assisted engineering. I built an internal MCP server and a set of AI agents that about 10 QA and R&D teams now use to automate performance triage and analysis. What used to take hours now takes minutes.On the tools side I work heavily with Spirent Avalanche, IXIA BreakingPoint, and TRex, alongside Python for orchestration and automation.Beyond the technical work, I\'ve been involved in hiring, mentoring, sprint planning, and running lab audits both in Israel and the US. I care a lot about raising the engineering bar in the teams I work with.
