ABOUT BEN ISCOE
I’m a partner in Dentons’ Corporate, Securities and Corporate Finance and Mergers and Acquisitions groups. My practice encompasses a broad range of corporate and commercial law matters with a particular focus on security-based compensation and securities transactions, including initial public offerings, reverse takeovers, mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance matters. I support clients through all stages of a transaction, offering practical, business-minded advice that helps them achieve strategic goals and manage risk. Furthermore, I regularly advise both established and emerging companies on complex domestic and cross-border transactions. My corporate finance practice focuses on helping issuers, agents and underwriters structure and execute transactions with confidence. I’m a member of the TSX Venture Exchange Advisory Committee for Ontario, where I provide recommendations to the Exchange on policy, operational and strategic matters that shape the public venture capital market.
